JFW Travel – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between the traveler and JFW Travel. By approving a proposal or making payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Acting on Behalf of Others
If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorized to do so and will share these Terms with everyone in the travel party.

3. Changes to These Terms
JFW Travel may update these Terms. Updated versions apply once posted.

4. Role of JFW Travel and Supplier Relationships
JFW Travel coordinates travel but does not operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators. All suppliers operate independently under their own terms.

5. Booking Process, Proposals, Pricing, and Payments
Pricing is not guaranteed until a supplier confirms the reservation and deposit is processed. Travelers are responsible for meeting payment deadlines.

6. Airfare and Ticketing Fees
Airlines control schedules and policies. JFW Travel charges a non-refundable $50 ticketing fee per person for tickets issued.


7. Traveler Information and Documentation
Travelers must provide legal names matching government ID. Errors must be reported within 24 hours.


8. Credit Card Authorization and Chargebacks
Travelers authorize charges for travel services. Improper chargebacks are not permitted.


9. Changes and Cancellations by Traveler
Supplier penalties apply. JFW Travel charges a non-refundable $250 cancellation fee after deposit.


10. Changes and Cancellations by Suppliers
Suppliers may modify or cancel arrangements. JFW Travel assists but has no control over supplier decisions.


11. No Refund for Unused Services
There are generally no refunds for unused portions of travel.


12. Force Majeure
JFW Travel is not responsible for events beyond control such as weather, natural disasters, or civil unrest.


13. Travel Protection Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. JFW Travel cannot guarantee claim outcomes.


14. Destinations, Entry, and Health Requirements
Travelers must meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry rules.


15. Health, Disabilities, and Pregnancy
Travelers should disclose medical needs before booking.


16. Digital Tools, Itinerary Apps, and Technology
Digital tools rely on third-party systems. JFW Travel cannot guarantee real-time accuracy or uptime.


17. Non-Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
JFW Travel is not liable for supplier actions or events outside its control. Claims are limited to earned commission.


18. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, and unpredictable conditions.


19. Indemnification
Travelers agree to indemnify JFW Travel for losses arising from breaches or misconduct.


20. Traveler Conduct
Suppliers may remove disruptive travelers. Additional costs are the traveler’s responsibility.


21. Photographs, Video, and Feedback
Travelers grant permission for voluntary photos or testimonials to be used unless they request removal.


22. Class Action Waiver
Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions.


23. Notice of Claim and Time Limits
Claims must be made within 30 days; legal action within one year.


24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be handled in Fulton County.


25. Electronic Communications
Travelers consent to electronic communication.


26. Limitation of Damages
Travelers waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.


27. Survival
Liability, indemnification, and governing law clauses survive termination.


28. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between traveler and JFW Travel.
